摘　　要：目的：探讨护理工作中与患者心理沟通的技巧及重要性。方法：探讨护患沟通的语言性和非语言性沟通技巧。结论：只有掌握并恰如其分地运用沟通交流的技巧，才能在与病人交往的过程中建立起融洽的护患关系，有利于护理工作的开展，从而提高护士为病人健康服务的有效程度。Objective Skills in communicating with patients psychological nursing is discussed and the importance.Methods Inquire into verbal and nonverbal communication skills of communication.Conclusions Only grasp and properly using communication skills and ability in the process of interaction with the patient to establish a harmonious relationship between nurses and patients, is advantageous to the nursing work, to improve the nurse how effective health services to patients.
