摘　　要：目的：通过试验对比观察应用情志护理配合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者进行心理健康指导的效果。方法：选取60例脑卒中后抑郁的患者，将他们分成两组，分别给予常规护理和情志护理配合穴位按摩，对比两组患者脑卒中抑郁的恢复情况和病情康复情况。结果：试验组患者的HAMD抑郁程度评分明显低于对照组，P〈0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论：情志护理配合穴位按摩对脑卒中后抑郁患者进行心理健康指导的效果值得肯定，建议临床适当开展应用。ObjectiveThrough experiment contrast observation of the application of modern nursing with point massage mental health guidance to patients with depression after stroke effect.Methods Select 60 patients with depression after stroke, and divided them into two groups, were given routine nursing and modern nursing match point massage, compared two groups of patients with stroke depression recovery and illness recovery.ResultsGroup of patients with HAMD depression severity score significantly lower than the control group, P 〈 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions Of modern nursing cooperate with point massage in patients with depression after stroke in positive mental health guidance effect, recommend appropriate to carry out the clinical application.
