摘　　要：目的：输血医学是一门多学科交叉发展的新兴学科，献血输血均具有双重伦理特点，采供血工作中的伦理争议引发公众深层次的思考。方法：分析采供血矛盾的主要原因，认识目前主要应用的伦理原则。结果：从风险与效益的平衡、伦理原则的排序、伦理的多维性三方面进行了讨论。结论：采供血应遵循自愿、效用、公平的伦理原则。ObjectiveBlood transfusion medicine is a multidisciplinary cross development emerging discipline, blood transfusion has dual ethical characteristic, CaiGongXie ethical controversy sparked public deep thinking in the work. Methods Analysis CaiGongXie contradiction, the main reasons for understanding the main application of ethical principles.Results From the balance of risks and benefits, three aspects of the multidimensional nature of the ethical principle of sorting, ethics are discussed.Conclusions CaiGongXie should follow the principle of voluntary, utility, fair ethics.
