摘　　要：目的：总结近三年的艾滋病督导情况，为更有效进行艾滋病督导工作提供依据。方法：2012年、2013年、2014年的实验室督导主要问题扣分对比。结论：和平区是沈阳市艾滋病筛查实验室最多的行政区，担负着沈阳市艾滋病筛查工作的重要角色。在2012年—2014年三年的督导工作中，摸索高效率、注细节的督导方法，建立督导档案，记录各实验室每年存在的问题和解决程度，运用了横向实验室共性重点问题重点强调解答和纵向结合各实验室不同基础，自我提高的方式进行督导工作，并在督导过程中，兼起到各实验室亮点传播桥梁的作用贯穿其中。经过对2012年到2014年三年的督导工作中重点问题的扣分情况的总结分析，证明此督导方法适用于驻区艾滋病实验室的高效率高质量督导工作。ObjectiveTo summarize the nearly three years of AIDS supervision situation, provide the basis for more effective supervision of aids.MethodsComparison of main problems in 2012, 2013, the Laboratory Supervisor points in 2014.Conclusion Heping District is the administrative region most HIV screening laboratories in Shenyang, charged with the important role of HIV screening in Shenyang city. In the supervising work of from 2012 to 2014, We had explored supervision method of high efficiency ＆amp; note details, established supervision archives, records exist of the laboratory every year the question and the solution degree. The use of lateral Key Laboratory of key issues emphasized common answers and vertical integration of the laboratory of different foundation, self-improving way of supervision work. And in the supervisory process, and to highlight the role of the laboratory bridge of communication through which. Through to the system key issues of supervision work in 2014 three years in 2012 summary analysis, high efficiency and high quality supervision work has proved that this method is suitable for in the area of supervision AIDS laboratory.
