摘　　要：如何很好地利用专业技术档案，合理整合医护人员的信息需求是图书馆建设发展的主流。为合理服务多元化、层次化的读者队伍，我馆根据各个专业的建设和发展，各类人员的层次需要，分门别类地提供各类信息服务。How to make good use of technical files, rational integration of medical information needs is the mainstream of the development of library. Our library give full play to its own advantages, according to each professional construction and development needs of various levels of personnel, to provide various information services.
