他克莫司＋卡泊三醇软膏2联用药治疗四肢斑块状银屑病临床研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨他克莫司联合卡泊三醇软膏2联用药治疗四肢斑块状银屑病临床疗效。方法：从我院2013年6月至2014年6月收治的四肢斑块状银屑病患者中随机性抽取40例作为研究对象，并将其分为研究组和对照组，每组各20例。对照组患者给予他克莫司药物治疗，研究组给予他克莫司联合卡泊三醇软膏2联用药治疗，比较两组患者治疗效果和不良反应率。结果：两组治疗前后患者皮损面积和皮损严重指数（PASI评分）均有明显改善，研究组总有效率为85．00％，显著高于对照组的65．00％，组间数据比较差异显著，具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；两组患者不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：他克莫司联合卡泊三醇软膏2联用药治疗四肢斑块状银屑病相对于单独采用他克莫司治疗的方法来说，更为有效。Objective To probe into the clinical effects of Limbs plaque psoriasis cured by Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Calcipotriol Ointment of Two. Methods 40 patients who suffered from the Limbs plaque psoriasis and who accepted treatments in our hospital from June, 2013 to June, 2014 were taken as the research objects, and these patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 20 patients in each group. In the observation group, they were treated with the Tacrolimus Ointment while in the control group, on the basis of the treatment in the control group, they were treated with the Calcipotriol Ointment of 2. Then, the curing effects and the adverse reaction of these two groups of patients were compared. Results Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of skin lesion area and lesion severity index （PASI score） have improved significantly, The response rate in the control group was 85%, and the response rate in the observation group was 65%, and the significan differences had the statistical significance （P〈0.05）. In addition, in the group the differences of adverse teaction had no statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effects of Limbs plaque psoriasis cured by Tacrolimus Ointment combined with Calcipotriol Ointment of 2 are good enough, thus should be promoted in the clinical application.
