院前应用复方丹参滴丸治疗老年性隐匿性冠心病80例临床分析

摘　　要：目的：观察复方丹参滴丸对老年性隐匿性冠心病的疗效。方法：将80例患者随机分为两组，在现场均给予患者吸氧、单硝酸异山梨酯注射液100毫升，口服肠溶阿司匹林100毫克，常规查心电图；治疗组加服复方丹参滴丸10粒，同样查心电图。结果：两组在心电图改善方面比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：院前应用中西医结合治疗老年性隐匿性冠心病疗效确切。Objective Compound danshen dropping pill on the curative effect of senile occult coronary heart disease （CHD）. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups, both at the scene to give patients oxygen, 100 ml of isosorbide mononitrate injection, oral enteric aspirin 100 m~ regular check electrocardiogram （ecg）; Treatment group take 10 grain of compound danshen dropping pill, also check electrocardiogram （ecg）. Results Two groups in terms of electrocardiogram improvement compared with control group, the difference had statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Pre-hospital applications combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of senile curative effect is occult coronary heart disease （CHD）.
