摘　　要：目的：了解血液层流病房患者心理需求、层流室内的生活感受、对治疗的态度、患者对医务人员的要求等不同层次的需求，为有效地进行层流病房临床护理提供科学依据。方法：通过利用SCL-90症状自评量表及血液层流患者心理需求访谈，在2013年8月-2014年10月间对47名年龄在18至65周岁的首次入住血液层流患者进行调查。结果：SCL-90症状自评量表调查9个分量表分析发现，95．74％的患者出现躯体不适；93．61％患者出现强迫症状群；97．83％的患者有人际关系敏感；6．38％的患者表现出极端抑郁；4．76％的患者易表现出强烈的敌对思想、情感和行为；所有的患者均有抑郁、焦虑、恐惧的症状。但总症状指数的分数在1～1．5之间的为31例占研究对象的65．95％，表明自我感觉没有量表中所列的症状；在1．5～2．5之间16例占研究对象的34．06％，表明感觉有点症状，但发生得并不频繁。通过访谈了解到患者对层流室内的饮食种类、独立的空间环境、亲人的陪护等方面有不同程度的需求。结论：血液层流病房患者存在不同程度的心理健康问题，仅少数患者有轻度的心理健康症状；极少数患者存在过度的抑郁、敌对心理。护理人员应个性化分析、及时指导，从而减少患者在层流室内的自卑、抑郁的心理，增强自控能力及健康意识，提高层流患者依从性，进一步的配合治疗护理、减少护理并发症及意外伤害的发生，从而提高层流患者的生活质量。Objective Understand blood laminar flow ward patients＇ psychological needs for effective laminar flow ward will provide a scientific basis for clinical nursing. Methods Fron August 2013 to October 2014, 47 of age for the first time in the age of 18 to 65 in patients with blood laminar to investigate. Results SCL - 90 symptoms self evaluation scale survey nine subscales analysis found that 95.74% of the patients body discomfort; 93.61% of patients appeared obsessional-compulsive group; 97.83% of the patients have sensitive interpersonal relationship; 6.38% of the patients showed extreme depression; 4.76% of the patients show yi shows strong hostile thoughts, feelings, and behavior; All patients have symptoms of depression, anxiety and fear. But total symptom index score between 1 - 1.5 for 31 cases accounted for 65.95% of the research object, that feel no scale listed in the symptoms; Between 1.5 - 2.5 16 cases accounted for 34.06% of the research object, that feels a bit symptoms, but not frequently occur. Conclusion Blood laminar flow ward patients with different degrees of mental health problems, only a minority of patients had mild symptoms of mental health.
