子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫术治疗子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：研究分析子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫术治疗子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的效果。方法：选取我院2012年到2013年收治的50例子宫剖宫产瘢痕妊娠患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组进行子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫术的治疗，对照组实行常规手术的治疗，对两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间以及保宫率等情况进行比较分析。结果：在平均手术时间、术中出血量以及住院天数上，观察组都明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学上的意义（P〈0．05）。在保宫率上观察组的保宫率为96％，对照组则为52％，两组比较差异具有统计学上的意义（P〈0.05）。结论：在剖宫产子宫瘢痕妊娠患者的临床治疗中，子宫动脉灌注栓塞联合清宫术的治疗具有术中出血少、手术时间短、住院天数少等优势，而且可以降低患者丧失生育能力的可能性，应当在临床上提高应用。Objective Research and analysis for the treatment of uterine artery perfusion embolization combined qing uterine cesarean section scar pregnancy effect. Methods Selection of 50 cases admitted in our hospital from 2012 .to 2013 patients with uterine cesarean scar pregnancy, were randomly divided into observation group and the control group and observation group infusion uterine artery embolism （joint surgery in the treatment of qing, the control group of conventional surgery treatment, the two groups of patients＇ average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, and compare palace rate, and so on and so forth. Results In average operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days, the observation group were significantly lower than the control group, difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05）. On the rate ofbao gong bao palace rate of the observation group was 96%, the control group was 52%, the difference comparing the two groups have statistical significance （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the clinical treatment of patients with cesarean section of uterine scar pregnancy, the uterine artery perfusion embolization combined surgery in the treatment of qing are less intraoperative bleeding, short operation time, hospitalization days few advantages, such as the possibility of loss of fertility, but also can reduce patients should improve application in clinic.
