摘　　要：目的：探讨泌尿外科腹腔镜手术后的护理措施，总结护理经验。方法：回顾性分析2008年5月--2014年6月期间我院泌尿外科行腹腔镜手术患者188例术后护理措施。结果：本研究188例患者行腹腔镜手术后经临床有效护理，康复情况较好，如期出院，且没出现明显并发症。结论：泌尿外科疾病行腹腔镜手术疗效显著，且经规范性、针对性护理，有效减少术后并发症，对患者术后平稳渡过围手术期具有重要意义。Objective Discusses the nursing measures of urology laparoscopic surgery, sum up nursing experience. Methods From May 2008 to 2014 were retrospectively analyzed in June during the hospital uropoiesis surgical department postoperative nursing 188 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery. Results By clinical effective nursing after the operation, better recovery, duly discharged from the hospital, and no significant complications. Conclusions The normative, targeted nursing, which can effectively reduce the postoperative complications, the patients with postoperative through perioperative is of great significance.
