摘　　要：目的：从护理角度分析视网膜脱离复位术导致的各种并发症，并总结手术前后给予的相应的护理措施。方法：观察与指导80例80眼视网膜脱离手术患者，分别于术前实施心理护理、体位护理、生活护理，术后体位指导及监督、术后眼压及疼痛的观察。结果：通过视网膜脱离复位术术前及术后正确的护理，及指导，患者术后并发症的发生率为17％，视网膜复位率为85％。结论：通过对视网膜脱离复位术患者术前及术后实施全程、全面的、专业的护理服务可减少术后并发症，为患者提供优质的护理。Objective From the perspective of retinal detachment repairs the nursing caused by various complications, and give corresponding nursing measures before and after operation were summarized. Methods Observation and guidance, 80 patients with 80 eyes retinal detachment surgery, respectively in preoperative psychological nursingo body position nursing care, life care, postoperative body position guidance and supervision, and observation of postoperative intraocular pressure and pain. Results In retinal detachment repairs preoperative and postoperative nursing and instruction correctly, the incidence of postoperative complications was 17%, the patients with retinal reposition rate was 85%. Conclusions In patients with retinal detachment repairs preoperative and postoperative implementation of full, comprehensive, professional nursing care can reduce the postoperative complications, and to provide high quality care for patients.
