摘　　要：通过对31例先天性喉囊肿的新生儿围术期的护理，认为包括对病情观察，及时手术，术后加强呼吸道护理，做好生命体征的监测，并给予营养支持是围手术期护理的关键，通过治疗和护理，31例患儿顺利进行手术，术后恢复良好，康复出院。In 31 cases of neonatal congenital laryngeal cyst perioperative nursing, that include the observation, timely surgery, strengthening postoperative respiratory tract care, monitoring of vital signs, and nutritional support is the key to perioperative nursing, through the treatment and nursing, 31 cases underwent surgery, postoperative recovered well, rehabilitation hospital discharge.
