摘　　要：目的：探讨曲菌球的CT诊断要点和价值，提高对肺曲菌球CT征像的认识。方法：回顾性分析我院经病理证实的10例曲菌球临床、病理及CT表现特点。结果10例曲菌球中可见“新月形透亮”4例，“环形透亮”5例，曲菌球可随体位移动3例。结论：空洞（腔）内可动性块影伴“新月征”或“气环征”是肺曲菌球的影像学特征。Objective To investigate the value of CT diagnosis and aspergilloma and improve the understanding of the signs of pulmonary aspergilloma CT. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 10 cases verified by operation andpathology, aspergiUoma clinical and CT manifestations.Results In 10 cases, CT showed air crescent sign in 4,air ring in 5, along with the posture movement in 3. Conclusion A mobile intracavitary mass with ＂air crescent sign＂ or ＂air ring sign＂ is the imaging characteristics of pulmonary aspergilloma.
