儿童医院门诊不合格处方分析

摘　　要：目的：调查我院门诊处方用药情况，提高处方合格率，提高门诊满意度。方法：搜集我院门诊2014年3月-2014年8月干预过的不合理处方，根据《医院处方点评管理规范》和药品说明书等，对这些处方进行分析。结果共驳回不合格处方1679张，不合格率为0．26％，主要表现在用法用量不当和配伍禁忌等。结论：处方用药情况基本合理，药师的干预提高了处方合格率。Objective Survey outpatient prescription drug utilization, improve the qualified rate of prescription, improve the outpatient service satisfaction. Methods Collecting unreasonable prescription outpatient intervention, according to the hospital prescription review management specification and instructions, etc., to analyze the prescription. Results Reject unqualified prescription 1679 zhang, percent of pass is 0.26%, mainly in compatibility improper usage and dosage and taboos. Conclusions Basic reasonable prescription medications, pharmacists intervention to improve the qualified rate of prescription.
