摘　　要：国家知识产权战略实施以来,我国专利申请数量持续快速增长,为建设创新型国家提供了有力支持。在申请专利的发明具有技术创新价值的前提下,专利申请质量是提升专利质量的可操作性保障,是当前加强知识产权运用和保护的重要环节。通过梳理现有文献,对专利申请质量的含义、专利申请质量与专利质量的区别和联系、专利申请质量的测度指标等方面进行分析和综述。Since the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy, the patent applications in China have sustained a rapid growth and provided strong support for constructing a creative country. Patent application quality is the operational security for improving the quality of patent in the premise that invention has technological innovation value. And it is an essential factor to enhance and protect the intellectual property utilization. By combing the existing papers, this research will analyze and review the meaning of the patent application quality, and the difference and contact between patent application quality and patent quality, and the measurement index of patent application quality.
