摘  要:目的探讨点触式超声碎石探针提高碎石效率的可行性。方法在原超声探针的前端打磨3个缺口,形成3个点状凸起,称为点触式超声探针。将点触式探针与平面探针做体外碎石比较,测定碎石速度。临床应用5例。结果除六水磷酸铵镁巨大膀胱结石外,其他肾结石体外碎石速度差异有显著性(P<0.05),平面探针难以击碎的结石点触式探针仍可击碎,临床应用效果满意。结论点触式探针碎石速度快,效率高,可能为提高碎石速度、缩短手术时间提供有益的帮助。[ Objective ] To explore the feasibility of point contact type ultrasonic lithotripsy probe efficiency improving. [Methods] Three gaps were ground in front of the ultrasonic probe forming 3 point projection, which were called the point contact type ultrasonic probe. The point contact probe and the plane probe were compared for gravel speed determination, which were clinically applied in 5 cases. [ Results ] The speed of other lithotripsy of kid- ney stones was significant different except magnesium ammonium phosphate large bladder stones (P〈0.05), point contact probe could smash stones that planar probe couldn't smash. The clinical effect is satisfactory. [ Conclusion ] The point contact type ultrasonic lithotripsy could help to improve the speed and shorten the operation time of gravel.
