腹腔镜腹股沟疝手术对患者C反应蛋白的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝术式对患者C反应蛋白水平的影响。方法分别将140例成人和80例小儿腹股沟斜疝患者随机分为腹腔镜组与传统手术组,分别对比两组患者两种术式术前及术后8、24及48 h外周静脉血C-反应蛋白(CRP)值。结果成人和小儿资料组术后8 h血清CRP均明显高于术前,且腹腔镜组明显低于传统手术组;术后24 h,小儿资料组中腹腔镜组血清CRP已达术前水平,而传统手术组仍高于术前;术后48 h,小儿资料组和成人资料组中腹腔镜组血清CRP均已达术前水平,而传统手术组仍高于术前。结论腹腔镜腹股沟斜疝术式较传统术式对机体创伤小,是一种安全可行的手术方式,值得临床推广应用。[ Objective ] To investigate the influence of laparoscopic surgery of indirect inguinal hernia on the C-reactive protein （CRP） level of patients. [ Methods ] One hundred and forty adult and eighty children with indirect inguinal hernia were divided into two groups randomly： the laparoscopic group （group L） and traditional group （group 3＂）. The levels of C-reactive protein （CRP） were evaluated preoperatively as well as at 8 hours, 24 hours and 48 hours postoperatively. [ Results ] 8 hours after operation, serum levels of CRP increased in both groups in adults and children. The CRP levels in serum of group L were significantly lower than that of group T. 24 hours after operation, serum levels of CRP recovered to the preoperative levels in group L in children but still higher in group T. 48 hours after operation, serum levels of CRP in group L in adult and children returned to the preoperative levels but still higher in group T. [ Conclusion ] Compared with traditional surgery, laparoscopie surgery of indirect inguinal hernia showed less damage to body, thus it is safe and feasible, and worthy of clinical generalization,
