摘 要:目的探讨数字化X线摄影(DR)双能量减影技术(DES)骨组织像在诊断外伤性肋骨骨折中的应用价值。方法选取河北省承德市中心医院疑诊为外伤性肋骨骨折的51例(196根)患者,分别行DES检查和DR常规检查,并与最后诊断结果进行比较分析。结果 DES裂隙状骨折、错位状骨折检出率均明显高于常规DR(均P<0.05);灵敏度、特异度、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、准确度均明显高于常规DR(均P<0.05)。结论DES能够明显提高外伤性肋骨骨折诊断检出率,尤其对裂隙状骨折和错位状骨折诊断效果更好。[Objective]To study application value of digital radiography(DR) dual energy subtraction(DES) in diagnosis of traumatic rib fracture. [Methods]DES and conventional DR examination were applied to 51 patients with 196 traumatic rib fractures in our hospital, the diagnostic results were compared between DES and DR.[Results]Detection rates of fissured fracture and dislocated fracture using DES were significantly higher than those using conventional DR(P〈0.05). The sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value and accuracy of DES were significantly higher than those of conventional DR(P〈0.05).[Conclusion]DES technology can significantly promote detection rate of traumatic rib fracture, especially fissured fracture and dislocated fracture.
