摘 要:基于中国东北大豆生产现状,采用Malmquist指数,从技术进步和技术效率角度对大豆主产区生产效率进行实证分析,得出大豆生产全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步率的时序变动趋势及特征。分析结果表明:近年东北大豆生产的全要素生产率(TFP)变动呈"W"式的波动变化趋势,总体下降趋势显著;吉林、黑龙江、辽宁和内蒙古年均TFP受技术进步指数影响下降明显,但辽宁和黑龙江受技术水平和管理体制的影响,生产效率有很大的提升空间。只有加大科技投入、优化管理体制、充分发挥宏观政策的引导作用,才能提高大豆生产效率,助推大豆产业良性发展。In this paper, an empirical study, based on the actual condition of soybean production in Northeast of China, is conducted to analyze the soybean production efficiency in the main producing areas from the perspec- tives of technical progress and technical efficiency by means of Malmquist index. It shows the timing changes whole. The average annual TFP of Jilin, Heilongjiang, Liaoning and Inner Mongolia is falling prominently due to the technical progress index. There is much room for improvement as for productivity of Liaoning and Hei- longjiang because of technology and management system. Therefore, it is necessary to put more investment in technology and to optimize the management system in order to improve soybean productivity. It is still important to give full play to the guiding role of macroeconomic policies so as to boost healthy development of the soybean industry.
