摘　　要：长白山集独特、神奇、秀美、壮观等"大美"之旅游元素于一体,拥有得天独厚的自然生态旅游资源,同时也拥有丰富的人文旅游资源。长白山北景区在开发和管理工作中暴露出一些与可持续发展目标不相协调的问题。如何可持续地开发和利用长白山北景区丰富的自然和人文旅游资源,是景区管理者面临的一个重要课题。实现长白山旅游的可持续发展,既要不破坏原有自然生态环境,又要对旅游资源进行合理的开发和利用,并对已开发的资源进行适度保护,不损坏现有和潜在的旅游资源。只有这样,才能达到环境、社会、经济三方面的和谐与统一。Changbai Mountain is famous for its unique, beautiful, spectacular and mysterious scenery with abun- dant natural resources and rich cultural tourism resources. But there are some problems in the development and management of Northern part of Changbai Mountain, which are hardly consistent with the sustainable develop- ment of Ch Northern C angbai Mountain. How to explore and take advantage of rich natural and cultural tourism resources of hangbai opment of Changbai Mountain is a major issue for the scenic managers. In order to achieve the sustainable devel- Mountain, the original natural environment can not be destroyed. So it is vital to develop and utilize the tourism resources rationally so as to give protection to the developed natural resources appropriately without damaging the existing and potential tourism recourses. Only in this way, can environment, society and e- conomics be harmonious and unified.
