体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后偏瘫临床分析

摘　　要：目的:观察体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后偏瘫的临床疗效。方法:将187例脑卒中后偏瘫患者随机分为2组,治疗组97例,在西医常规用药基础上,加用体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗,对照组仅予常规用药治疗,2组均治疗2个月。在治疗前及治疗后分别采用Fugl-Mever量表评定运动功能,采用Barthel指数量表评定日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体穴埋线加耳穴埋豆治疗脑卒中后偏瘫,能明显提高患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of hemiplegia with auricular point sticking body acupuncture point catgut embedding treatment of post stroke. Methods： 187 cases of patients with hemiplegia after stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups, 97 cases in the treatment group, on the basis of the conventional western medicine combined with acupuncture and body acupuncture, catgut embedding combined auricular point sticking therapy, the control group only received routine drug treatment, the 2 groups were treated for 2 months. Before and after treatment were evaluated with Fugl-Mever scale function respectively, the Barthel index scale assessment of activities of daily living （ADL）. Results： the curative effect of treatment group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈O.05）.
