参芪养心颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察参芪养心颗粒联合常规西药治疗心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将90例慢性力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组45例,对照组45例。2组均给予西医常规治疗,在此基础上治疗组加参芪养心颗粒,疗程均为4周,分别观察患者症状、体征、心功能、超声心动图变化。结果:2组疗效有明显差异,治疗组主要症状、体征、心功能、超声心动图改善均优于对照组(P<0.05),左室射血分数治疗组提高明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪养心颗粒对于多种原因引起的心力衰竭具有较好治疗作用。Objective： To observe the effect of Shenqi Yangxin Granule combined with conventional western medicine treat- ing with heart failure. Methods ： 90 patients with chronic power failure were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group, 45 cases each group. Two groups were given conventional western medicine treatment, meanwhile Shenqi Yangxin Granule was used in the treatment group as addition. 4 weeks later, the patients＇ symptoms, signs, heart function and ultrasonic cardiogram detection were measured. Results ：The curative effect of two groups have significant difference. The improvement of main symptoms, signs, cardiac function and ultrasonic cardiogram of the treatment group were remark- ably better than the control group. Left ventricular ejection fraction of the treatment group improved significantly than the control group. Conclusion： Shenqi Yangxin Granule has a well therapeutic effect on heart failure caused by variety rea- sons.
