穴位贴敷联合西药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合西药治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法:将64例患者随机分为2组,对照组31例给予西药常规治疗,治疗组33例在对照组的治疗基础上加用中药穴位贴敷治疗,疗程均为4周,比较2组临床疗效,并记录药物不良反应。结果:2组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征安全、有效。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Acupoint sticking with western medicine in the treatment of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel Syndrome. Methods：64 patients were randomly divicdet into 2 groups ,the control group with 31 patients was given western medicine for 4 weeks, and the therapy group with 33 patients added Acupoint sticking for 4 weeks. Clinical efficacy in both was compared .Results：the curative rate of the treatment group was 90.19%,higher than that of the control group 74.19%, The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine on IBS was confirmed with obvious effects and security.
