摘　　要：目的:观察颈项针结合耳周腧穴治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:将60例突发性耳聋患者随机分为2组,各30例。对照组采用静脉滴注银杏达莫结合口服弥可保的方法;针刺组在对照组的基础上采用颈项针结合耳周腧穴治疗。结果:针刺组有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组听力损失分贝值均下降,且针刺组对听力改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颈项针结合耳周腧穴治疗突发性突聋具有满意的临床疗效。Objective：To observe the effect of Nape Acupuncture ~Aombmed with me t＇omts ~rounn r^ra in ttic tr^z~tmvut of Sudden Deafness. Methods：60 patients with sudden deafness were randomly divided into two group, 30 cases in each group. Intravenous injection of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combine with oral methylcobalamin was used in the control group. On the basis of in the control group nape acupuncture combined with the points around ear was applied to the acupuncture group. Results：Treatment efficiency of the acupuncture group which was significantly better than the 76.67% treatment efficiency of the control group. After treatment, hearing loss decibel value decreased in the two groups, and the acupuncture group was better than the control group to hearing improvement. Conclusion ： Nape acupuncture com- bined with the points around ear in the treatment of sudden deafness has a satisfactory clinical effect.
