摘 要:为了研究溜放矿石在溜井中的运动及冲击规律,以某金属矿山主溜井为研究对象,简化溜放矿石冲击井壁的模型为颗粒流撞击墙的模型,以运动学理论分析结合离散元程序模拟分析了溜放矿石在井筒内的运动规律及对溜井井筒的冲击破坏规律。通过理论计算及数值分析揭示了溜井溜放矿石在井筒中的冲击位置、冲击水平速度、冲击垂直速度、矿石分散程度、冲击动能之间的内在关系。结果表明,对于百米深溜井,溜放矿石一般经过三次冲击后落入井底,三次冲击对井壁的破坏主要以水平冲击造成,其中第二次冲击最为激烈。通过与C-ALS探测的受冲击破坏的井筒三维形态对比分析,验证了分析结果的可靠性。研究结果不仅可为矿山溜井重点部位加固提供理论支持,而且可以大大节约矿山井巷工程的检修工期及维护成本。In order to study the movement and impact laws of humping ore in pass, taking the main ore pass of a metal mine as the research object, the impact of humping ore to drop shaft was simplified as the model of collision by particle to wall.The motion laws of ore and the impact damage laws to the shaft were analyzed by simulation combining kinematic theory analysis and distinct element code.The inherent relationship between impact position, horizontal speed, vertical speed, the degree of dispersion, shock impact kinetic energy of humping ore in wellbore were revealed by theoretical calculation and numerical analysis.The results showed that, for a hundred meters ore pass, after three times shock of ore, the ore will fall into the bottom of pass, the damage of three impacts on well-bore is mainly the horizontal impact, and the impact of the 2nd impact is the most serious.The accuracy of conclu-sion was proved by comparing the conclusion above mentioned and the 3 D-shape of the ore pass measured by C-ALS.The study could not only provide theoretical support for reinforcement of key parts in ore pass, but also great-ly save repair period and cost of maintenance.
