脊髓损伤患者应对方式与情绪状况的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脊髓损伤患者的情绪状况、应对方式及其关系。方法采用简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)和和医学应对方式问卷中文版(MCMQ)对82例脊髓损伤患者进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果脊髓损伤患者的情绪总分和紧张-焦虑、抑郁-沮丧、愤怒-敌意、疲乏-迟钝、迷惑-混乱负性情绪得分显著高于常模,正性情绪精力维度得分显著低于常模(P<0.01);患者MCMQ问卷中回避和屈服应对显著高于常模(P<0.05)。相关分析显示,脊髓损伤患者负性情绪得分和总分与MCMQ问卷中面对因子呈负相关,而与回避和屈服因子呈正相关(P<0.05或P<0.01);脊髓损伤患者的正性情绪精力得分与MCMQ问卷中面对因子呈正相关,而与回避和屈服因子呈负相关(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论脊髓损伤患者的情绪状况与应对方式密切相关,在工作中应引导患者采取积极的应对策略,以改善患者的负性情绪。Objective To investigate the mood state and coping style of spinal cord injury patients, and to explore their correlation. Methods 82 spinal cord injury patients were investigated with Profile of Mood States-short form （POMS- SF） and Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire （MCMQ）, and the data was analyzed. Results The scores of negative emotion tension-anxiety, depression-dejection, anger-hostility, fatigue-inertia, confusion -bewilderment and the total mood disturbance score were higher than the normal group, and the score of positive emotion vigor-activity was lower than normal group （P 〈 0.01）. As for coping style, the scores of avoidance and acceptance-resignation were significantly higher than average （P 〈 0.05）. By correlation analysis each negative emotion was negatively correlated with confrontation, and positively correlated with avoidance and acceptance-resignation （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. The positive emotion vigor-activity was positively correlated with confrontation, and negatively correlated with avoidance and acceptanceresignation（P 〈 0.05） or P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion The mood state of spinal cord injury patients is closely related to coping style. In clinical nursing intervention the nurse should take positive intervention in view of their coping style, to allevi- ate the patient＇s negative emotions.
