中文版尿毒症期腹膜透析患者依从性问卷的开发与研究

摘　　要：目的编译修订尿毒症期腹膜透析患者依从性问卷，为测验腹膜透析患者的依从性提供量化工具。方法对英文版的尿毒症期患者依从性问卷进行翻译、回译及文化调适，将问卷中血液透析的条目修订为腹膜透析条目。最后建立中文版尿毒症期腹膜透析患者依从性问卷，主要包括5个部分46个条目。并于2012年9月～2013年10月在沈阳市两所三级甲等医院以84例持续腹膜透析患者为研究对象，采用现场测试法，然后对结果进行信度和效度检验。结果各条目分析中的项目高低分组t检验差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01），问卷的内容效度CVI为1．000，重测信度系数ICC为0．945，实测效度较好。结论中文版尿毒症期腹膜透析患者依从性问卷具有较好的稳定性和可靠性，可应用于评估腹膜透析患者的依从性研究，为临床进一步教育和管理腹膜透析患者提供了理论支持。Objective To compile and revise the end-stage renal disease adherence questionnaire （ESRD-AQ）, in order to provide a quantitative tool for testing the compliance of peritoneal dialysis patients. Methods The English version of ESRD-AQ was translated, back-translated, adjusted culture and revised, the hemodialysis was revised to peritoneal dialysis, Chinese version of ESRD-AQ was developed, it included five parts, 46 clauses. And from September 2012 to October 2013, in two Class Ill＂ Grade [ hospitals of Shenyang City, 84 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis were seloected and given the field test method, then the results were taken reliability and validity testing. Re stilts T test of the analysis of each item between the project groups had statistically significant differences （P 〈 0.01）. The content validity of the questionnaire CVI was 1.000, and retest reliability coefficient ICC was 0.945, and the measurement validity was good. Conclusion The Chinese version of ESRD-AQ is reliable and valid. It can be applied to asses the compliance of peritoneal dialysis patients, and provide theory support for further education and management of peritoneal dialysis patients.
