摘　　要：改革开放以来,伴随着我国经济飞速增长的脚步,我国在基础教育、医疗卫生、社会保障等基本公共服务的财政支出也逐渐增长,同时也带来了一系列的问题。根据1978—2013年历年来我国的财政收支数据比对以及我国基本公共服务供给不同地区间与城乡间的差距,外部比例与内部比例结合剖析我国基本公共服务供给中存在的问题,然后提出相关思考。Since the reform and Opening up,along with China＇s rapid economic growth,the pace of China＇s fiscal expenditure on basic public services to basic education, health care, social security, etc.are also gradually increase, at the same time it also brings a aeries of problems.Based on the years of 1978-2013 fiscal year compared to the balance of payments data and the supply of basic public services among different regions and between urban and rural gap,：the ratio of external to internal ratio of combined analysis of basic public service provision in the existinz problems, and But forward relevant thinking.
