摘　　要：目的：探讨AO微型T型钢板治疗成人桡骨小头骨折的临床效果。方法选取本院2012年5月-2013年11月收治的44例成人桡骨小头骨折患者进行AO微型T型钢板治疗，术后随访3-24个月，观察患者患处恢复活动时间、术后并发症发生情况，比较患者治疗前后的Mayo肘关节功能评分及优良率。结果治疗前，患者的肘关节功能评分为（54.79±3.01）分，优良率为0，治疗后，肘关节功能评分为（90.10±3.15）分，优良率为97.73%，治疗前后的肘关节功能评分及优良率差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。患者患处恢复活动时间为（4.21±3.10）d，所有患者无术后并发症。结论 AO微型T型钢板治疗成人桡骨小头骨折有良好的临床效果，能显著改善患者的肘关节功能，术后无并发症或较少发生并发症，安全性高，值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of AO mini T type plate in the treatment of adult radial head frac-ture. Methods Forty-four adult patients with radial head fracture in our hospital from May 2012 to November 2013 were selected and they were treated with AO mini T type plate,patients were followed-up for 3-24 months after surgery,time of activities recovery in the affected part and postoperative complication were observed,and Mayo elbow joint function score and good and excellent rate of score before and after treatment in patients were compared. Results The elbow joint function score was （54.79±3.01） points,and good and excellent rate was 0 before treatment,while the el-bow joint function score was （90.10±3.15） points,and good and excellent rate was 97.73%after treatment,and there was a statistical difference of elbow joint function score and good and excellent rate of score （P〈0.05）.The time of activity recovery in affected area was （4.21±3.10） d and there was no postoperative complication. Conclusion AO mini T type plate in the treatment of adult radial head fracture obtains a good clinical effect,and it can remarkably improve pa-tients’elbow joint function and there was no complication or fewer after operation with high safety.It is worthy of clini-cal promotion.
