克氏针与微型钢板置入内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果对比

摘　　要：目的：比较克氏针与微型钢板置入内固定治疗掌指骨骨折的临床效果。方法选取2011年4月-2013年4月本科收治的掌指骨骨折患者81例，将其分为研究组和对照组。对照组采用克氏针治疗，研究组采用微型钢板置入内固定治疗，比较两组的优良率及相关临床指标。结果研究组的优良率为97.06%，明显高于对照组的80.85%（P〈0.05）。研究组的手术时间、住院时间与对照组比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），骨折愈合时间、延迟愈合率与对照组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论给予掌指骨骨折患者微型钢板置入内固定治疗的效果优于克氏针，值得临床推广应用。Objective To compare the clinical effect of Kirschner wire and mini-plate internal fixation in the treatment of metacarpal and phalangeal fracture. Methods 81 cases with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture admitted into our de-partment from April 2011 to April 2013 were selected and they were divided into research group and control group.In the control group,Kirschner wire treatment was applied,while in the research group,mini-plate internal fixation was adopted.Excellent and good rate and related clinical indexes between two groups were compared. Results Excellent and good rate in research group （97.06%） was higher than that of control group （80.85%）.There was no statistical difference of operation time or hospital stay between two groups （P〉0.05）,but there was a statistical difference of healing time of fracture and delayed healing rate between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Effect of mini-plate internal fixation was given in patients with metacarpal and phalangeal fracture is superior to that of Kirschner wire,which is worthy of appli-cation and expansion in clinic.
