摘　　要：针对重庆龙潭古镇近年来出现的违章建设频繁、空间氛围破坏、传统意境流失、旅游动力不足等问题,项目组开展了多次实地调研,定立了由元素整理策略下的核心保护区民居修复、氛围营造策略下的建设控制区街巷设计、文化旅游策略下的环境协调区概念规划等构成的保护发展研究体系,力求还原龙潭古镇特色,振兴当地旅游事业。Longtan ancient town of Chongqing is representative of the recent problems of frequent disharmonious construction, spatial destruction, disappearance of traditional conception, and lack of tourist impetus. In view of this, an investigation has been carried out by the protection and development project group of Longtan ancient town. In order to reconstruct the specific characteristics of Longtan ancient town and revitalize its tourism, a protection and development research system has been established. This comprises the rehabilitation of dwellings in the core protective area with the strategy of elements reorganization, the design of streets and alleys in the controlled area with that of atmosphere creation, and the concept planning in the environmental coordination area with that of cultural tourism.
