摘 要:提出了综合视觉影响模型的建筑高度控制方法及其实现技术,用于山地城市建筑高度控制。为维持山地城市特有的城市天际线,将保护山体背景景观的城市设计导则作为建筑高度控制目标。引入视觉影响模型,对简单眺望控制法进行了改进,提出了落实该导则的建筑高度控制技术。通过视觉影响模型模拟观测者视野中的山脊线,控制建筑物对背景山体的遮挡程度,从而推算允许建筑高度值。选择多个连续眺望点,在每个眺望点上分别进行视觉影响程度分析,先生成单一眺望点上符合山脊线保护要求的建筑高度控制值,然后综合各个眺望点的计算结果,得到建筑高度控制图。以舟山市沈家门旧城区为例,对上述技术方法进行验证,获得了较明显的效果。This paper presents a building height restriction approach integrating visual impact model for mountain city.In order to meet the requirement of retaining the distinctive city skyline in mountain city. An urban design guideline for preserving ridgeline and views to mountain backdrop is proposed as the building height control objective.This approach is produced by integrating the simple view control method and a visual impact model. We develop the techniques to achieve the objective of the guideline for building height restriction. The visual impact model provides a means of simulation for ridgeline in observer’s vision for restricting building obscuration level to the mountain background.Then the permitted building height can be calculated. Several continuous vantage points are selected. On each point, the quantitative visual impact analysisis implemented and the permitted building heights which meet the requirement of ridgeline protection are created.The final building height restriction map is produced by integrating the results of al vantage points. This approach is validated and has obtained pronounced defect in the case of Shenjiamen old town in city of Zhoushan.
