摘 要:研究了经2.5%、5.0%、7.5%、10.0%不同拉伸应变后250℃时效处理1 h的应变时效过程对TMCP工艺轧制68 mm厚EH40高强钢板钢的强度、塑性、低温韧性和脆性转变温度的影响,且考虑钢板的厚度效应,对板厚1/4和1/2位置分别进行研究。试验结果表明,68 mm厚EH40高强钢板经10%应变时效后在板厚1/4位置-40℃下的冲击功在300 J以上,而同时板厚1/2位置的-40℃冲击功也大于200 J,表现出非常优异的应变时效冲击性能;通过研究发现,钢板1/4和1/2厚度位置的冲击韧性以及强度和塑性随应变的增大表现不同,板厚1/2位置的各项性能随应变的增大受到的影响相比较板厚1/4位置更大。同时,通过对微观组织分析,结合钢板化学成分,探讨了不同应变的时效处理对EH40高强船板钢强韧性和脆性转变温度的影响,分析板厚不同位置对应变时效所表现出的差异性。By 2.5% , 5.0%, 7.5%, 10.0% pre-strain and 250℃ strain aging treatment for 1 hour, the effects of strain aging on strength, ductility, low temperature toughness and brittle transition temperature of 68 mm thick TMCP EH40 steel were studied, and considering the effect of plate thickness, the 1/4 and 1/2 thickness position were studied respectively by strain aging. The results showed that the impact energy of 68 mm thick EH40 steel plate with 10% strain aging were above 300 J in 1/4 thickness at -40℃, and above 200 J at -40 ℃ in 1/2 thickness position, the steel plate showed a excellent strain aging properties. The research also showed that the strength and toughness change in different in 1/4 thickness and 1/2 thickness position while strain increasing. At the same time, considering microstructure and chemical composition, the effects of different strain aging on strength and toughness of EH40 steel plate were studied, the performance differences shown in 1/4 thickness and 1/2 thickness position after strain aging were analyzed.
