摘 要:卷取打滑是不锈钢冷退酸洗线经常出现的现象,不仅直接影响带钢卷取质量,造成产品质量等级降低、产品保留等,而且增加了设备维护人员的工作负荷。根据处理卷取打滑的实践经验,系统分析和研究了不锈钢冷退酸洗线在钳口夹紧和皮带助卷两种模式下的卷取打滑类型、相关影响因素,主要从改进维护方法、实施在线监测手段以及优化助卷力控制模式等方面给出了具体的应用措施。Coiling slippage is the common problem in stainless steel cold annealing and pickling line, which not only directly influences the product quality, degrades the product quality level, but also increases the working load of maintenance staff. Based on the past working experience, a comprehensive analysis and research of coiling slippage problem in terms of coiling slippage type, relevant factors were presented and solving measures including improving maintenance skills, applying on-line monitoring methods and optimizing coiling force control model were detailed.
