摘 要:用于冷轧原料的201奥氏体不锈钢,冷轧后在边部30 mm以内位置出现起皮缺陷,查看固溶钢带对应位置,发现有边鳞缺陷。试验及大量生产实绩表明,钢坯上表面角部存在有裂纹、气孔等缺陷,轧制未彻底愈合,易产生边鳞缺陷;热轧现行的加热制度不合理,是此次边鳞缺陷发生率提高的主要原因;粗轧机立辊侧压下量小,不足以影响到钢带的边部质量,边鳞缺陷的发生与粗轧立辊侧压无关。找出产生缺陷的主要原因,指导生产中降低钢带表面边部"鳞折"类缺陷发生,使产品符合冷轧及后续加工的表面要求。The "Austenitic stainless steel" which is used for cold rolling raw material had peeling defects appeared on the edge within 30 mm after cold rolling. After checking the steel of solid solution with corresponding position, sliver defects had been found. The angle on the billet surface defects such as cracks, porosity, rolling had not been completely healed are prone to sliver defects through simple test and a large number of actual production experience. The current hot rolling heating system is not reasonable, It is the main reason for improving sliver defect rate, roughing mill roll under the lateral pressure a little and the quality of steel strip edge will not be affected, the correlation was not significant for sliver defect rate and roughing mill roll under the lateral pressure. Finding out the main reason to reduce the slivers defects on the edge in guiding the production, making products conforms to the requirements.
