摘 要:宝钢工艺铁路由铁水运输、模铸运输两部分组成,模铸运输包括钢锭运输、长材运输、炉窑调车运输等三个运输系统,这三个系统相互独立,相关性较低,制约了模铸区域运输效率的提高。根据模铸区域的运输现状及作业特点,从系统性、信息管理等方面分析了制约效率提高的原因,提出了改善运输效率、提高机车作业效能的措施,取得了较好的实施效果,达到了优化模铸运输模式的目的,进而为提升工艺铁路的精益运营能力奠定了基础。In Baosteel, the crafting railway transportation system is composed of the molten iron transportation and the molded iron transportation, and the molded iron transportation includes the ingot steel transport system, the long products transport system and the furnace shunting transport system. These three systems are independent of each other, which restricted the promoting of transportation efficiency in molded area. According to the transportation status and operating features of molded area, the main reason of restricting the efficiency from the aspects of system, information management and so on were analyzed and the measures for transport and operation efficiency improving were also be proposed, which showed preferable effect in practice. Furthermore, these measures laid the foundation for improving the lean operation ability of the crafting railway in this company.
