摘　　要：文章从"健康河流"的概念和内涵出发,将其作为评价河流生态状况的标准和工具,初步建立了包括水、生态、经济社会文化等要素在内的评价体系。并通过对国内外水系规划的研究综述和广州万亩果园现状水系存在问题的分析,从结构、水量、水质、水域功能、堤岸、水系生物多样性等方面进行规划探索,为城市水系规划提供了一种兼具生态与社会经济价值的规划思路与策略,实现人水关系的健康发展。This article takes the healthy river concept as the standard and tool for ecological status assessment,and initial y establishes the evaluation system including water, ecological, economic and social cultural factors. This article reviews the research progress in domestic and abroad on water system planning, analyzes the existing water issues of Guangzhou Million acres orchard It also explores planning methods include water structure, quantity, quality, function, embankments, and river biodiversity. Final y, it o provides a planning strategy considering both ecological and economic value implementing the healthy relationship development between people and water.
