摘　　要：本文以浙江省丽水市缙云县来料加工业为案例,讨论了影响当地来料加工业发展的主要因素,并从产品技术含量和经纪人社会关系网络两个维度讨论了经纪人市场地位的分化,以及不同类型的社会关系对订单获得的影响及作用机制。本文发现:(1)来料加工生产组织形式嵌入于社会关系之中,既是经济行为又是社会行为;(2)经纪人的关系网络决定其在来料加工业中的市场地位;(3)经纪人的社会关系对其获取订单信息及最终获得订单有重要影响;(4)经纪人社会关系的强弱对是否签合同以及订单的结构有显著影响。Based on the fieldwork on the material processing industry in Jinyu County,Lishui City,Zhejiang Province,this paper lists the main factors affecting the local material processing industry.It also discusses the differentiation of brokers' market position from the perspective of product technological contents and the broker's social relationship network.This paper discovers the significant influence of social relations on the orders;and further discusses the mechanism of how different types of social relations affect the acquisition of orders.It claims that firstly,the production organization form of material processing,characterized as economic behavior as well as social behavior,has been embedded in the social relationship;secondly,the broker's social network mainly weights his significance in material market of processing industry;thirdly,the broker's social relations have great impact on the acquisition of orders;fourthly,the strength of the broker's social relations plays a very important role in contract signing and the structure of the order.
