摘 要:以某100t底吹氩钢包为原型,建立插入浸渍管钢包底吹气体钢水流场数学模型,利用Mixture多相流模型对钢包吹氩过程进行数值模拟计算。考察了插入钢包的浸渍管直径大小、插入深度以及底吹气量对钢水流动状态及钢水面振幅的影响。结果表明,改变浸渍管的直径及插入深度能有效抑制钢水面的卷渣,可以加大底吹气量,从而改善钢包内钢水的流动状态。The mathematical model of the flow field of 100 t bottom-blowing argon ladle with immersed cylinder was established to simulate the single-hole blowing argon process using the mixture multiphase flow model.Effects of diameters,inserting depth of immersed cylinder and gas flow rate on liquid steel flow state and ampilitude of liquid steel level were analyzed.Results show that liquid level fluctuation can be limited by altering diameters and inserting depths of immersed cylinder,which can enlarge the flow rate of bottom-blowing gas and improve the flow of the molten steel in the ladle by increasing the gas flow rate.
