摘　　要：为有效解决冷室压铸机远程监控方面的难题,开发了基于WinCC Web Navigator的冷室压铸机远程监控系统。利用"瘦客户"系统WinCC Web Navigator远程监控车间现场冷室压铸机群的人机界面及生产数据,实现了企业管控一体化、信息综合化,从而提高了铸件质量及生产效率。To solve the problem of remote control of the cold chamber die casting machine,a remote monitoring system for cold chamber die casting machine was developed based on WinCC Web Navigator.WinCC Web Navigator＂thin Client＂system was used to remote control and monitor multiple die casting machines’ HMI and production data in the workshop.The result shows that this system can help the enterprise not only realize the integration of management and control,but also achieve the information integration of the company.And therefore the quality of castings and the efficiency of production were improved.
