摘　　要："福建省绿色与低能耗建筑综合示范楼"2012年获得三星级绿色建筑设计标识。在分析福建省地域基本条件的前提下,通过合理的建筑规划设计、建筑节能设计、暖通空调设计、可再生能源利用、雨水利用、建筑智能化设计,把适宜的绿色建筑技术措施应用于该项目,为福建省及南方地区绿色建筑的实践提供参考。The Green and low energy consumption comprehensive demonstration building in Fujian won the three-star green building design logo in 2012. Based on the analysis of the background of Fujian province, the suitable green building technologies were applied to the building by means of architectural, building energy efficiency, HVAC, renewable energy sources, rainwater, intelligent building designs. The building provides the reference for the practices of green building in Fujian and South China.
