摘　　要：伴随着我国改革的深化和经济的发展,市场经济对城乡规划的影响日臻显著。市场作为资源配置的准则之一,介入到城乡规划的空间资源配置之中,对完善城乡规划的合理性和操作性有着重要意义。研究以珠三角城际轨道站场TOD规划为例,分析其在规划背景、作用机制和主体内容等方面的市场影响与介入,对市场介入的正负面效应进行探讨,并结合TOD规划对协调市场要求和公共利益的经验进行了介绍,以期为城乡规划更好地应对市场介入提供实践借鉴。Deepening socio-economic reform impacts urban planning development. Market force affects space configuration and integrates the rationality and feasibility of urban planning.
