摘  要:基于绢云母脉石在浮选过程中容易通过夹带进入精矿,影响精矿品位,为探讨影响绢云母夹带的因素,更好地控制夹带,通过筛析、表面张力测定及纯矿物浮选实验,研究不同条件下绢云母的夹带行为。研究结果表明:随着绢云母脉石粒度的减小,绢云母夹带率呈线性急剧增大,泡沫水回收率先缓慢变化后急剧上升,导致绢云母的回收率急剧增加;随着绢云母矿浆质量分数的增大,夹带率变化不大,泡沫水回收率缓慢增大,导致绢云母回收率缓慢增加;不同种类及用量的起泡剂对绢云母夹带行为有很大影响;煤油作为消泡剂能很好地控制绢云母夹带。For gangue mineral, sericite was often strongly concentrated by entrainment in flotation, the desired minerals were diluted, and the grade of the concentrate was reduced. To study the factors affecting the entrainment of sericite and investigate the methods that effectively reduce the entrainment of sericite, sieve analyses, surface tension measurements and single mineral flotation were conducted. The entrainment behavior of sericite under different conditions was researched. The results show that with the decrease of the size, entrainment factor increases sharply, and the water recovery mounts steeply after gentle change, leading to a sharp increase in the recovery of sericite. With the increase of pulp density, the entrainment factor is constant, the water recovery increases slowly, and the recovery of sericite increases slowly. Frother affects the entrainment behavior of sericite greatly. As a defoamer, kerosene can control the entrainment of sericite effectively.
