摘　　要：本文以评价层级分类与评价流程推进为研究过程，采取数据整理、表格对比的研究方法，得出东京2020城市战略规划评价是以世论调查为基础依据，构建了长短双层评价体系、多部门联合评价的战略规划评价模式，为我国城市战略规划评价提供比较与借鉴。This paper takes hierarchy classification of eval-uation and process promotion of evaluation as the research process, adopts data organization and table comparison as res-earch methodology, concludes that the public-opinion surveys are the basis and evidence to carry out the evaluations on urban strategic plan of Tokyo 2020, and the short term＆amp; long term evaluation system and joint evaluation from multi sectors are the main evaluation pat erns, providing comparison and ref-erence for evaluations on urban strategic plan.
