浅谈中小户型多元化改造设计

摘　　要：随着未来土地资源的紧张、年轻购房人群的增多、房价的持续上涨，涌现出更加人性、空间更加丰富、功能更加齐备中小户型。本文阐述了中小户型多元化改造设计中注意的要点，希望使中小户型能满足原有的设计理念。With the shortage of land resources, the increasing of young purchasers and the increase in prices, humanized smal and medium-sized apartments have emerged with more rich space and more complete function. This paper expounded the points should be paid at ention to in the design of diver-sified transformation of small and medium-sized apartments, hoping the layout of the smal apartment to meet the original design concepts.
