摘　　要：我国地震活动频度高、强度大、震源浅、分布广，是一个地震多发国家。从汶川地震的震后灾害调查来看，建筑抗震概念设计对于实现建筑抗震有着十分重要的作用。因而对抗震概念设计的必要性与重要性有一个充分的认识是十分重要的。Earthquake is frequent, intense, distributed widely and light in source. China is prone to earthquake. The seismic survey after the earthquake disaster in Wenchuan showed that a seismic concept design building is very important to the se-ismic realization of building. Thus, it is important to have a ful understanding of the necessity and importance of the se-ismic conceptual design.
