“低碳经济”理念下的中小城市住宅建设与发展对策研究--以株洲市为例

摘　　要：本文通过对目前中小城市（以株洲市为例）楼市的调查与研究，发现中小城市的楼市趋向大面积户型住宅建设。本文从“低碳经济”的理念出发，提出了应在中小城市中应大力发展中小户型住宅的建议。Based on the analysis of the investigation and re-search on the property market in current smal and medium-si-zed city （taking Zhuzhou City for example）, the author discov-ered that the property market tends to construct large resid-ential area with apartment layout in smal city. This paper, fr-om the “low carbon economy” concept, proposed the sugge-stion that smal residential apartment layout should be vigor-ously developed in the smal and medium-sized city.
