摘　　要：本文以绿地正大缤纷城为案例，对大型商业街建筑如何定性、如何划分防火分区，以及如何控制疏散给出了明确地分析，同时阐述了大型商业建筑防火设计的发展方向。This paper, with the green area of Zhengda colorful city as a case, gave a clear analysis of the identity, divides of fire partition and evacuation control of large commercial street buildings and discussed the development direction of the fire safety design of large commercial building.
