摘　　要：本文通过探索城市居住建筑中的中小户型住宅的发展趋势，真正实现了以人为本的设计原则，最终能够切实有效地达到改善中小户型居住主体的居住条件和生活质量的目的。This paper, through exploring the development tre-nd of the small and medium sized residential apartment layout residential building in city, truly realized the people-centered design principles, and final y could effectively achieve the im-provement of living conditions and quality of life of smal apartment layout residents.
