摘　　要：建筑是城市发展的重要载体。自2006年起，我国开始正式实施《绿色建筑评价标准》。当前，城市发展的现状表明：推进绿色建筑和低碳城市的进程是城市可持续发展的必然选择。The construction is the important carrier of city development. Since 2006, China began the formal implemen-tation of ＆quot;green building evaluation criteria＆quot;. At present, the status of city development indicates that：promoting green bui-lding and low carbon city process is the inevitable choice for the sustainable development of the city.
